For those of you who are working to get fit for the USMC/ military
Keep pushing and don’t give up.
I remember when I used to not even be able to run a lap.
Now I have a 7:30 min mile and 12:06 1.5 mile.
I am in the best shape I have ever been in so far.
You can do it too with determination and personal motivation.
